Senior Level Electrical Engineer Patent Analyst. We are looking for a patent analyst who is deeply analytical, self-motivated, meticulous and well-versed individual who possesses a thorough knowledge of technical subject matter in the electrical engineering field.  As a patent analyst, the candidate should also possess comprehensive knowledge of patent laws and regulations which relate to the patentability of technical invention, the validity of issued patents and the risks of infringement thereof.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering or Science, or Software Engineering degree may be acceptable) or, more preferably, a graduate-level degree in one of the aforementioned disciplines.
• Advanced degree preferred, however experience will be considered in lieu of advanced degree requirement.
• Specialized and practical knowledge of wireless communications and networking (mobile broadband, WiFi, satellite, sensor networks, etc.) and acheter viagra general knowledge of the relevant patent art thereto
• Specialized and practical knowledge of computer engineering (system/network architectures, distributed computing, data storage systems, etc.), and general knowledge of the relevant patent art thereto
• Specialized and practical knowledge of signal processing and semi-conductors, and general knowledge of the relevant patent art thereto
• Experience with patent-oriented search engines, most preferably expertise in using the USPTO’s EAST database
• Experience with database searching and with interpreting and analyzing results produced therefrom
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and a demonstrated ability to analyze patent art and to explain such analysis at a high
