Patrick G. Wamsley
specializes on conducting clearance,
invalidity and infringement studies
and opinions in the electrical practice
group. He also focuses on preparation
and prosecution of patent applications.
Mr. Wamsley graduated from The George
Washington University in Washington,
D.C. where he received a Bachelor
of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
He then went on to graduate from the
University of Virginia in Charlottesville,
Virginia where he received a Master
of Engineering Degree in Electrical
Engineering. Mr. Wamsley also
graduated from The George Washington
University Law School in Washington,
D.C. where he received his Juris Doctor
degree with emphasis on intellectual
property.
Mr. Wamsley is currently a member
of the D.C. Bar and is registered
to practice before the U.S. Patent
and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Kramer & Amado,
P.C., Mr. Wamsley was a Primary Examiner
at the United States Patent and Trademark
Office.
