Gideon B. Eckhouse specializes on conducting clearance, invalidity and infringement studies and opinions in the chemical and biotechnology practice group. He also focuses on preparation and prosecution of trademark applications.
Mr. Eckhouse graduated from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He then went on to graduate from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona where he received a Master of Science Degree in Biochemistry. Mr. Eckhouse then graduated from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. where he received his Juris Doctor degree with emphasis on intellectual property.
Mr. Eckhouse is a member of the Virginia Bar. Prior to joining Kramer & Amado, P.C., Mr. Eckhouse was a Legal Intern for the United States Court of Federal Claims.
