Arlir M. Amado manages the chemical and biotechnology practice group of Kramer & Amado, P.C. Mr. Amado specializes on client counseling, conducting clearance, invalidity and infringement studies, trademark prosecution practice and preparation of patent applications in the chemical and biotechnological arts.
Mr. Amado graduated from The University of Central Florida (Formerly Florida Technological University) in Orlando, Florida where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Mr. Amado also graduated from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. where he received his Juris Doctor degree with a particular emphasis on Intellectual Property. Mr. Amado also attended the Institut de Langue Francaise in Collonges-Sous-Saleve, France, where he studied French language and civilization. He received The Diplome de Langue Francaise de L'Alliance Francaise in 1991. Mr. Amado also studied Russian language in St. Petersburg, Russia through a University of Central Florida foreign language program.
Mr. Amado is currently a member of the Florida Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
